    i made the switch last year. do whatever is good for yourself. other opinions don't matter because one man's meat is another man's poison. if EV works for u, go for it. else, sticking with ICE also bo bun tuay.

    Balls to whoever comes up with another POS like this BCRS machine. Had lunch with Mrs one of the days which I ordered a can of drinks on a hot day. Mrs is an anal dollar-and-cents “guy” who always takes the can with her as she felt it’s more of a principle than a ten cent thing. More of “I paid for this, it’s only right I took it along, especially with this BCRS thing”. Ended up. I had to hold one can (luckily?!) while walking around. I told her, “fark it!” Dumped it into the bin next to the escalator. Imagine one has to walk around with it or searched for one! When all we need is a bin just for cans, which already lots of eateries are separating that. Now, it ends up with a string of ground issues. People hogging that machine with large bags of cans. Or you have machines located inside malls which stink. And we now have idiots saying scavenging for cans is not legal? Really is remove pants to fart. Spend thousands to make some silly crushing machines to return ten cents. I clap with every issue I hear with the doings of some scholars. Study so much for this ah?! Years of study more like becoming “yes sir yes sir, three bags fools?”

    I heard of this similar 12V battery incident from BYD M6 where users were not aware of its low charge and ended up stranded. Can understand the lousy feeling of being stranded. I wonder given today’s EV technology level, isn’t there a monitoring feature where it prompts user that its level is getting low and requires extra attention so that users can replace it before it’s gets so low that couldn’t power up anything? It feels very sudden and such a sudden occurrence really leaves one with a nasty experience. Imagine one moment ok, next moment kaput, just like that. No telltale signs. Unlike we can check the battery health when we observed abnormalities during crank or whatsoever. Perhaps the only way to avoid being stranded is to change at the 12th month mark regardless of the health, as suggested by some M6 users. Luxury features makes one feel good but preemptive features will be like godsend. Intrusive features like the Malaysia ATTO3 are unwarranted.

    all these EVs with the elaborate frunk in the bonnet: Seen in many youtube video about owners complaining how their EV could not start because the 12V battery went dead. And it seems that this is fairly common for EVs. When this happen, the standard way was to jump start by connecting to the battery negative and a positive terminal in the fuse box. But if all these is under the frunk how ???

    How can the emas5 top the BEV in Malaysia? Anyway, with protectionism, it’s logical to be a top brand as it boils down to price. Not saying this is a lousy model whatsoever. Perhaps still bang for buck. Here or there. Have observed more SG registered ones over time. Good to have extended support across though there’s less to worry for a BEV.

    Speed limit 70kph doesn't mean you should hog the right lane at 70kph when left lanes are clear.
