Seeing how that f**ker ride his bike make my blood boil.. Think he watches Premium Rush and thought he is that courier cyclist.. Same riding pattern as that in movie

One cannot reasonably expect that a cyclist will ride against the flow of traffic when then traffic light has been green for sometime. There were also plenty of cars on the road.

 

If the cyclists wins, I might have to give up my car since cyclists will have a license to endanger or threaten my safety with impunity.

Sadly, based on my experience, the TP will treat this as a case of taxi knocking down a pedestrian. For some reason, whenever cyclists get into accidents, they are considered as pedestrians.

 

Based on the video, it will be very difficult for the blue cab to stop in time as there is another yellow cab beside him

The blue cab's view mostly is block by the yellow cab as well.
