  2. will anybody be interested to participate in an Alfa dyno day? just power run, about 20min per car. tentative date will be sometime in late Feb or Mar. cost and venue i will confirm if there is enough interest. FWD should be around $60 (based on a previous one i organised at Uber). AWD i'm not so sure.
  3. I'm in love with this App that i wanna share it with you guys. http://torque-bhp.com/ Bought off the cheapest Bluetooth OBD reader (~35 SGD? ) from ebay and it hooked up perfectly to my car and my friends. Allows me to clear and lookup fault codes, dyno and read off all sorts of engine readings like Intake temp/ignition timing (good for those who wanna see how their CAI or mods are fairing) there is a free and paid versions.... u could get paid versions for free on the black market (not discussing it here...) http://www.androidzoom.com/android_applica...orted_ftjq.html Or just mount it on ur dashboard to make it into a fancy ECU monitor (not quite HKS's FCON CAMP but its 35 bux!) the OBD reader also comes with lots of ECU scan/logging tools for the PC so either way... its a win.
  4. hi all.... after my servicing of my coilovers (rebuilt)..., my alignment abit off... as well as my chamber angle.... after my accident... i did a 4wheel alignment and re-adjusted my chamber angles.... and wholaaaa... my car seems smoother... less rolling resistance... which i believe will be better FC.... my tyres i pump once-twice a week so its always at optimal pressure... now is this all in my head or its just because i wanna feel better cause i spent $.... but the ride feels shiok... keke
  5. hi, i made friends with this mechanic boss....he introduced mi to something called retuning the ecu and doing a dyno also providing a dyno chart...so would like to know wat the typical cost for all these....and yeah he was very keen to show me....also showing mi charts of torque and hp gained....which is of course done by retuning the ecu using a computer...and i told him i would intro any friends if interested...however i would like to know wat the cost

  7. here is the chart. very happy with the ride now The base run will be different from a completely stock engine with stock ECU program as I have previously done a Data-Logging on the road tuning without realising that the stock exhaust header were cracked however, with the increase of 26.7Nm and 10.2bhp, very satisfied liao for a N.A. engine (stock engine internals) with IHE done

  16. howdy all.. It's Brad here , from Adelaide.. i can finally post here now... well , today i had the car on the dyno... few months ago , with my stock glanza running gear , with 630x300 front mount cooler and full 2.5in. stainless mandrel bent exhaust , it made 115HP atw @ 12.1psi.. after installing the exhaust manifold i made , and putting 1.7psi more into it(total 13.8psi) , it made 138HP atw.. we thought that was awesome from a manifold i made myself. then tuning the apexi SAF-C II that i bought in singapore , it made 150.2HP atw @ 13.8psi , from CT9b. awesome figure from a 4efte with stock ECU and CT9b , very happy indeed.. cheers.. Brad.
  17. Ever wondered if you have been short-changed by the car maker in terms of power and torque ... ever wanted to know more accurately your 0-100 km/h reading ? Anyone interested in a small windscreen mounted device in your car for reading of acceleration (0-100), power and torque, etc. ? All results can be transferred to a computer and printed out for records after use. If keen, please message me or reply here ... getting head count to see if I can bring in the device from USA. What kind of price are you willing to pay for a one time test by me in S$ ... or for rental S$/day for own testing ? Please to share a nice service with people who like to know more about their cars
