Hi, Anyone has first hand review of Kumho KU36? I am thinking of getting KU36 in my next change. Heard from a particular shop that quite a few sets of KU36 had been sold. KU36 has been in the market for almost 6mths now, just wondering if anyone has tried this tyre and would like to find out how well it holds on wet road. Cheers Orac

I notice my tyre manufacturing date is only show on 1 side- left. Is this normal to all Kumho Directional tyres?

Hi guys, my tires are due for changing soon and I've narrowed down my choice to these two Korean Rubbers due to its value for money characteristics and budget restrain. However, I'd like to see comments or reviews from END-USERS of these two tires.. Any poistive and negative feedback based on these choices are greatly appreciated.

hi anyone on latio stock Latio 15inch rims, running on either Kumho KH31 vs KU37 tyres? Am thinking which is the one i shd go for now. Currently using Hankook K415 185/65/15. If switch over to Kumho, most prob will go for 195/60/15 profile. Any comments pls? - but pls do not recommend me to change to other tyre brands instead, as i would like to try out Kumho this time round. TIA

Narrowed down to this 2 tyres. Price wise about the same. Can any bros advise??? Heard that there are 2 sources for KU31, Viet and Korea. If I got from a dealer listed from Binter, does it mean that it will be from Korea?

after having a run for 2k on this rubbers. Here is my take: Dry: Those expecting good grip as compare to ku31 will not be disappointed. Its equally good if not better. One thing missing though is the howling of ku31 when taken round the corner. 39 is much more quieter than 31 in this aspect and its a good thing as i find the howling sound a bit irritating though sporty Wet: those expecting the superb grip of 31 in the wet shall be disappointed. The feel on the wet ground does not entice one to push harder and its inferior compare to 31. 39 is probably the quietest tyre i ever tried on, nevermind yoko db or what ever. Travelling in KPE actually gives me the creep as i thought i had ear block. Its definitely quieter than 31. Another plus pont of 39 is it is XL load. More suitable for MPV then 31. tyre tested: 225/45/18. less than 190 at SB.

Hi guys, Will appreciate if anyone can given some inputs or reviews. I've 2 options - either KH31 or XM2. And the price of KH31 is about 40% lesser than XM2. There seem to be many good reviews for both tyres, but given the huge price difference, I'm not sure if KH31 will lose out to XM2 in terms of noise and grip? And if it's safe to just go with KH31? Anyone can advise?

Where can I find the cheapest Cheapest Kumho KH31 or KU31 185/60R15. Tyrepac sells $70 a piece but still need to separately pay for GST and fitting. Thanks

Hi bros, Have been looking for a new set of tyres recently to replace my Hankook K415s. Size is 195 60/15. Currently there is no special offers at Hankook so the K415s are selling >100 each. Previously I got them at 80+ each only. Went to tyrepac and saw Kumho KU37 as one of the tyres available for the size I am looking for. Anyone has any idea if this tyre is comparable to K415? I see that it also has silica compound and the thread looks fairly quiet like the 415. Frankie quoted me 85 each...all in.

I am planning to purchase these over the GYF1A2 as I would have savings of about $80 per corner. I'm looking at 225/40/18 size. I'm also told the tyre thread is almost similar to the GYF1A2 too!? guys..currently am using federal Evo tyres for ard 40k le...so perhaps planning to change...cause Evo tyres are quite noisy le....so am not sure...which 1...i know toyo T1R is better than Hankook v12 and kumho ku31....but wad advice do ur have??
