Yeah I thought so too. But OK lor maybe I can't clean the back coil as well cos my MBR unit is just underneath my L Box so the space overhead is usually tight and hard to spray properly. He passed my kid's room fcu but insist my MBR fcu is not as cold as it should be. Which is true cos my kids room can get a lot cooler than my room even at like 26/27 deg setting. I've always attributed it to my room being heat trap during day and lot of dead space due to the design of a closet area + a passageway inside the MBR. Hopefully he's right and solves my problem. Think I'll cover the top vents in future with electrostatic cotton.

Agree with bangla if airflow over condenser coil is not good then pressure can be too high. AI confirms this too. So really need to clean and clear before checking. I thought you regularly pressure wash?
