This morning washed the car with mild shampoo and rinse off with water. Is really amazing wax. As u rinse, the water simply follow off. See the left over water on my car boot. Unbelievable!! Save alot of time drying the car.

As I'm quite tied down recently and getting appointment with BM is a pain in the @ss, I've still not changed it yet. Just wanna checked with guys/gals here what exactly will the impact of a leaking suspension cause I've not felt any difference.

Say I'm using 185/65/R14 currently, and then i went to change the tyres to 185/50/R14. Will there be any negative effect? since the overall diameter become smaller. Will the odometer be affected?

OK some Daewoo fans reported that the engine does not have much hesitation when they unplugged the solenoid that opens the EGR valve. Well, it is not a mod per se. Won't cause a CEL since the ECU sends the signal to the solenoid to open and there is not feedback to the ECU. I guess fuel economy will go down since the EGR helps in the fuel economy by sending some exhaust gases back to burn again. Anyone tried this?

As above, complained a customer at Autobacs this morning. The reply he got was that Broquet is better for long distance driving. Which I intepret as Broquet helps you to save fuel only during long distance highway driving. Any Tom, Dick or Harry knows that long distance highway driving gives any car excellent fuel economy. So what is the use of Broquet in the first place???

Some people in another forum have been debating about this. I wonder if there is any merit in the argument. Now with stock suspension, the driveshafts are pitched and this robs the car of torque and horsepower. Now if you lower the car, the driveshafts straighten out therefore allowing more efficient transfer of torque and horsepower to the wheels. Discuss, please.

After changing to super ritz fuses, can tell the improvement in air-con (colder), when pressing down pedal(smoother and no more stodgy) and engine (smoother feel). I paid $98 for changing 7 fuses. Also the bendix king brake pads are also good. Driving my optra just gets better.

Car's A/C seems to be working effortlessly. Became colder faster. My glasses were fogging when I came out. Mind you, this is my usual setting. Weather was normal.

hi ppl.. just back from vicom inspection today. sianz.. the rear tint din pass.. fail.. though the JB fella showed me was 25%. shucks.. now need to go back and redo at shop. thing is.. hands itchy la.. was contemplating about the 'cut' in muffler to remove the wool/fibre for better flow. would this fail STA/VICOM inspection too? i mean, emission should pass as cat is still doing its work. only noise level is affected right? anyone can pass on good advice? is the reduction in backpressure translated into noticeable hp boost? pls advise. thanks.

Anyone experience some strange noise from braking at very low speed (eg. during parking) after installing vacuum tanks (eg. gunigong, capsule or monster)? I had this strange vibrating noise coming, seemingly from the brake booster (can be heard inside the car!). I went to the extend to replace all the vaccum hose but to no avail. So worry that the brakes might fail someday. My wife drives the car too :( Any comments?

Hi all, I had raised my car from 2fingers width gap to 3 fingers width gap in the front (the rear was slightly raised as I adjust the front). Anyway, after adjustment, I realised that the car felt more "floaty", which is expected, but what I didn't expect is that, when I brake and when I take a fast corner, the car felt more "composed" now .... Why is this so ?
