So are there a unique breed, which gravitate to them? Psychologically speaking, there are such syndromes, eg back in the 80-90s, there was a "Honda Driver Syndrome", and insurance companies used to load these drivers since they were more likely to take risks and such.. So here goes, are there reasons for this style of driving? Oh and some pics to accompany the story.. (caveat, all in jest bros, will still have kopi with my BMW friends )

Hello guys I have two problems below! Hope someone can help me! 1)My signal indicator had a problem! Most of the time when I on the signal to either side, at first it will flash and giving clicking sound (NORMAL). After few seconds it will stop flashing and no clicking sound too (THE SIGNAL LIGHT IS STILL ON EXCEPT FLASHING). What's wrong with that? 2)I noticed that my dashboard meter light was getting dim when I switched on the headlight at night time. I had just changed new battery!

Hi guys, My car door indicator is always intermittently on during driving and the problem seems to be getting worse. It is mostly on now. All the doors are fully close but yet the car door open indicator keeps getting on from time to time. I can ignore it, but when it is on, I cannot use my remote car key to auto lock the door. The remote sense some doors are still "open" so I could not lock the car by using the remote. I have to manually lock the car. Any workshop that can repair such issues?- 4 replies

Vehicle Make: HONDA Vehicle Model: FIT 1.3G A An indicator has light up and is up for a a week already but the car still works great. It seems to be related to the key. What does that indicator mean? What do I have to do? Also, I bought this car 2nd hand and I don't have the driver's manual. :( I have downloaded a lot of honda fit driver manual but they do not have the same symbol I have changed my car key battery but indicator still up. I think the system was installed by the previous owner. I am not sure if it is original with the car. The system works like this: When the key is near to the car, I wont have to press the unlock button to unlock the car. I just place my hand under door handle and it will unlock. Also, if the key is not near the driver area, I won't be able to turn the ignition switch. early early morning had a scare... fuel needle rapidly going down and i thought tank leak. reach petrol kiosk and top up full until see petrol floating in tank, on engine still show almost zero.... bad start to morning.... any bros experience this before? is repair very urgent as can barely afford any downtime this week.... wat could be the cause and damage? driving a 4yr old forte.... thanks!

Just changed to Amaron battery but battery indicator still lights up. Does that mean car alternator is faulty or fuse blown? How to check?

Hi, currently my side mirror LED indicator is not working anymore, went to accessories shop and was told that the LED Bulb can't change, have to change the whole side mirror. As my model is quite rare locally, so i need to check with you guys is what i was told true? Please advise.Thanks.

Hi, need some advice from gurus here... driving a 2006 Chevrolet Optra 1.6A... noticed that my check engine oil indicator lighted up, so stopped car immediately and check engine oil. It was within the min & max level... then con't driving home and reliased that indicator only lights up when i release accelerator and will goes off when i step on gas... it is also on when idling... Anybody encounter this before or any idea what's wrong? due sensor faulty, contaminated oil? Thanks in advance.

Hi bros, Recently having this weird problem with hand brake indicator. Whenever I move off on 1st and 2nd gear, my hand brake indicator will light up and go off. my scangauge never show any error or whatsoever. Any advices?

This morning i disconnected the cable connecting to the box holding air-filter. Forgetting to connect it back, i drove to office with the MIL still lighted. After browsing and finding the cable, i disconnected it back but the light still stays on. Any advice if this is normal or i still could have underlying problems? My ride is Honda Fit about 2+ years old and 40k servicing is about to be due. Engine oil is rather dark but i don't read this causing the malfunction indicator to go on.

After this election, I seriously think that we are moving towards a 2-party system. WP with credible candidates has been the REAL DEAL so far compared to the rest of the opposition parties. For people to vote for them, it is not just about PAP's unpopular policies that they are against but also the trust and believe in WP. They have scored an average of 46.7%, consolidating Hougang SMC and winning Aljunied GRC. To me, this is the REAL indicator people are slowly moving towards supporting a good opposition party. Let's hope they get above 50% in the next election so that we can move towards a FIRST WORLD PARLIAMENT!

yo... i guess i would not be able to find any answer for the above question since MCF bros are basically good guys... i think almost 90% of the car driver on the road does not touch their signal indicator stick at all while driving... with the execption of "L" plate driver... so i was wondering is it because there are AIDS virus on their signal indicator stick? or any bros here know of friends that does not signal while driving and have happen to ask them why...

just noticed that there is a speed indicator on the left side just before the bend at the slip road entrance to PIE (Tuas) from Tampines SAFRA yesterday. I was driving past it when it flashed 61 kph & i looked at my speedo which was ard 60 kph. this morning i passed by it again, and in front of me were cars & the display panel also flashed some fig. i drove slower ard 55 kph & the display flashed 54 kph. wonder what this is for ? perhaps to warn you before the bend ? or catch u speeding & summon u ???

If anyone went IMM today around 430pm, you will notice super jam forming outside. What happened at 4:30pm. 1. I was 2 cars away from a lorry that looked suspiciously tall to clear the height limit barrier towards level 2. 2. True to my speculation, it failed to clear barrier. Instead, it dragged down the barrier causing it to fall nicely to block entry to level 2. 3. Level 1 became the only parking space for cars coming in. Anyone else witnessed this saga? Wonder what will happen to the lorry driver...
