    yeah, it has a 1kWh 48V lithium ion battery the car will stop charging when both reached 80% you can see the charging voltage is 12.8V (not charging) and charging current 0.1A (almost zero) when the lead acid battery reached 80% (BN) same as the 48V battery

    Cant even stay becos its not completed and not ready for occupation. basically those fellas are f**ked. Worse is, most of them as i understand are not rich. All took loans to finance , huffing and puffing to pay off every months mortgage. Aiyoh, why why why. Already said since day 1, dont buy JB condo. If want to buy, make sure you can aford to write it off. so too bad, no sympathy from me.
