As the title says, feeling a little bit emotional (no, not cos 7th month and RadX coming out of hell ) So, here goes: Work has been trying and many ppl are resigning (like average 4 per week kind) , stress levels are at an all time high.It's becoming a struggle to decide whether to leave or stay. Decided to go for a walk at vivo rooftop to get some fresh air, destress, take in the sea view, and contemplate my future. Guess what, I bumped into my recent ex with a new guy, being all touchy and stuff, and it was shocking! We still did admit very recently that we had feelings for each other and very recently just met. I wish her happiness but it was just shocking! Supposed to go there to destress but now IDK how to feel! Life has been a series of unfortunate circumstances and quite of a downward spiral of late and I just wanna rant Mods please delete if there's a similar thread or if it's deemed pure rubbish. Also, I realised I'm really pathetic when my good friend borrowed my car to go on a date cos he knows I have no one to go out with (ok maybe I'm overthinking and it was cos he knew I as sick and on MC) Seeking advice on life and whatnot from ma bros here who know and met me, and even those that haven't! P.S if got any single good looking xmm above 20 to intro also lmk HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAA JKJK Ok rant over, Peace Out ! #millennialcrisis #help

Dear Mods, I have a little suggestion here. Just wondering if it is feasible to start a sub folder here ~ perhaps under "others" dedicated to parenting? There are lots of forums out there dedicated to parenting no doubt, most of which however are female dominated. Males tend to feel awkward posting there and some may even be seen as chee ko peks, for camping in a female dominated environment. This parenting folder can benefit the MCF community by offering a channel - For experienced fathers to contribute their knowledge - For would be fathers (like myself now) to learn from real life experiences instead of textbook examples It is also an excellent channel to hear the muses, gripes, joys, trials, involvements, know-hows, mostly from a father/male's perspective. Please consider, I'm pretty sure this enables fathers and would be fathers to build cohesion and supports the aims of developing healthy and resilient forumers through a community channel. cheers -

Yesterday deepavali eve, driving out of little India from a small road to main little India road. During that time, extreme right and left lane occupy by many Indian friend. Therefor 5 lane rd became 3 lane road. I was on the right small lane to turn out to main road with silver Honda fit behind me. Have to look right and left to look out at those Indian friend crossing across me plus the main road car. A silver Honda fit horn at me, so I try to inch out bit by bit against those Indian friend. It's very hard to move out to the right 2nd lane as too many Indian friend took up the extreme right lane. Honda horn again, no choice I try my best to move and manage to filter out to the extreme right lane And signal left as I can't move with all the Indian friend taking up the extreme right lane. Even I signal left, no car want to let me filter out. Honda horn again, so I try to drive along the extreme right lane to move further up plus signal left to try my luck to filter out into the next lane. After moving 50M, I stop as group of Indian friend block my way, Honda horn again.As for my left signal, Still no car want to let me filter out, I try to move up even more and By the time I have already moved 100m along the scary extreme right lane. Honda horn again and I am kind of angry and decided to stop moving. Honda horn very long without removing his from horn. I am angry because you cannot stress me into driving me against those Indian friend. If I cannot filter out, why don't you filter out and pass instead of kept on horn at me to move on? That situation really too many car and Indian friend. I don't know why he choose to follow behind me and stress me out. After his long horn, he filter out to my left and gave me a middle finger with angry look plus scolding which I cannot hear with window close. I hand gesture to him that I am unable to filter out. He is about 23plus year old base on his look. Later he drive forward and cut in front of me, placing his car 45 degree angle. He also decided to stop in front of me to revenge. All this have been captured by my front and back cam. No point post it up here as my cam is meant for accident purpose not for fighting who right or wrong. When driving, everyone thinks different, hence road rage will happen. I am writing here hoping he can read it. I wanted to say sorry to him if I did anything wrong or my driving fk-up. I don't like to make enemy on the road. Even he pointed me middle finger at me, I did not point back or scold back. I hope he understand my situation and let's not be enemy even next time if we happen to meet each other on the road. I even willing to make friend with him then enemy.

I am staying in a Condo on the west of Singapore and my home is fast becoming a little Philippines .... So many units are rented to foreigners, I feel that I am like the minority. Spoke to the security and they were complaining about the foreigners .... and they still prefer the locals. I heard stories of them throwing empty beer bottles into the pool, pang sai on the urinals etc etc. Very very poor social behaviour. It seems better to stay in a HDB now ...... at least the rental is regulated/controlled. Thinking real hard about moving out ... and I am just wondering what it the situation with the other condos. Any feedback ?

Hi friends, i got this small qn... lets say from stevens road i go to centrepoint i sure kana a ERP in between Tangs/ Wistma tio bo? means I have paid my ERP to enter Orchard cordon area. after that from centrepoint if i go to mandarin means I have to do a little dance through somerset and go a little jiggle behind Scape before turning right into the small road between Taka and Mandarin tio bo? there also got one more ERP isit? I remember seeing it there. how come like that huh? within orchard go to within orchard leh... paiseh i seldom drive orchard and have successfully avoided the absurd orchard ERp for very long.. but tonite no escape cuz have to run an errand at centrepoint followed by dinner at mandarin...

i got hit at the back few days ago.. when i went down to check, the damage was minimal, however..the other driver insisted that i claim against him got a call from the appointed insurance workshop saying that i might not be able to claim against him as the claim is below 2k..i think my excess is 2k is there anything i can do? my car is still at the workshop..

Last nite near vivocity at the red light:- left side ah beng revving his engine as if to jio everyone for a drag race... right side, this is the interesting one: chio bu in her cabrio, right arm stretched out to hold the steering wheel (arm skin looked smooth), left hand kept caressing right arm....in between looked at her nails ..... woman drivers really cant focus on their driving......
