I went to view a condo recently and it has an odd shaped living hall. Hall is quite big. just that the odd shape will pose a challenge in renovation. I want to break the odd shape Could anyone give ideas on how i can renovate in a way to address this odd shaped or to break this odd shape? If i put the TV console against the wall, then the sofa and sitting area would have to in the middle of the hall.

For most owners who are into cars, they will tend to want to meet owners who own the same car/model as themselves. Hence from time to time, we will see many brand/model-based car clubs gather at places like the indoor stadium to chat and get to know more about their cars. However, we are kind of sure these Volkswagen drivers in the video below won't be friends anytime soon... Uploaded on ROADS.sg, we can see a Volkswagen Golf coming from the opposite direction before colliding straight on with the camera car (a Volkswagen Jetta). The accident happened on the morning of 22nd of April at the PIE interchange between Jurong Town Hall Road and Bukit Batok Road. There were no reports as of press time of what caused the Golf owner to drive into the opposite lane. We hope he did not faint or suffer a heart attack, causing him to lose control of his car. We did noticed the Scirocco (yes, another Volkswagen) moving away from danger as the Golf came closer. Good reflexes dude. Maybe if they stayed at home, such things won't have happened... videoplayback.mp4 -

With everyone encouraged to stay home due to the ongoing coronavirus , life must be quiet dull for most. However, we are pretty sure the motorcyclist at the traffic light didn't find his last friday bland at all... 92a4c569-89c1-4c7c-81f8-f298494e1650.MP4 Shot in an unknown heavy vehicle, the footage clearly shows a wild white truck doing a quick lane change at a traffic junction that has just turned red along Jurong Town Hall Road. From the video, we thought the poor biker would be bulldozed by the truck but amazingly, the truck managed to avoid crashing into it! Seconds later, viewers can see a police car coming to a stop abruptly with its tyres screeching on the bottom of the video, suggesting to us that the white truck might have been running away from the cops. According to the comments on Complaint Singapore, the police were apparently trying to arrest the driver in the truck and this was a drug-related case. Maybe more should heed this netizen's comment whereby it is better to stop in front of a vehicle that has already come to a complete stop at the lights... -

Hello all, My wife's white Mitsubishi Colt Plus was hit from behind by a Toyota Hiace this morning around 830am,19 Oct 2017. She was driving along AYE towards City and the accident took place near the Jurong Town Hall exit. an accident occurred this morning at approximate 6:53am at jurong town hall road going towards aye.. a dark brown honda stream seems not to have checked his or her blind spot, side swipe a seemingly black nissan sylphy going at the extreme left lane, saw the right side mirror of the sylphy being knocked off. to the nissan sylphy owner, if you're reading this, in case you are facing challenges over your claims, PM me, i will be your witness.

A man believed to be in his 30s was found dead in front of the Swissotel The Stamford at Raffles City on Tuesday afternoon. The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) said it received a call at 12.40pm and sent an ambulance to the scene. The man, who is believed to have plunged from a height, was pronounced dead at the scene. Foldable screens were set up to obscure the gruesome scene, where at least four areas were covered with white plastic sheets. The man's body which lay nearby was covered with a blue police tent. One of the hotel's restaurants on the ground floor, Introbar, was also temporarily closed, with foldable screens set up to cover its full-length glass windows which faced the walkway outside. As i walked through the newly opened underpass linking city hall mrt to the new Capitol, it struck me that it serves as a convenient shortcut to peninsula plaza. Interesting to see how the building owners could avoid turning it into an extension of mini myanmar and maintain its high-class appearance. Would they stop people of a certain profile passing through?

Recently watch this movie with my wife. Its about 2 married guys who likes to look at gals. The wives got so fed up that they gave them a Hall Pass, which is 1 week off marriage. In this 1 week they can do whatever they want, go f--k ard or whatever they want. But after so many years of marriage, they apparantly forgot how to sian char bor. In the end didn't do much and wish for their wives to come back. Now my wife keep teasing me say want to give me Hall Pass..I was thinking..quite true leh..after so many years of marriage..having my life revolving around only my wife and kid.. give me i also don't know what to do wor.. What do you think guys? What will you do if your wife gives u a "Hall Pass"?

The police just cleared the junction. A motorcyclist was killed in the accident with a white car. Looks like a WW with the front portion badly damaged. The bike disintegrated into many small bits. Managed to take two pics but dunnoe how to post it here. RIP. Drive and ride safe.

Hi guys. 29 March 2010, 1810H. My father was driving in my Latio Sports along Jurong Town Hall Road going towards Singapore Science Centre. He was going straight. Upon approaching the T-Junction with Science Centre Road, a big lorry (driven by a China worker) wanting to turn right into the minor road (perhaps u-turn) did not check the road carefully and had hit my Latio onto the right fender. This push and impact from the big lorry has sent the Latio right into the minor road. Luckily my father had brake-ed in time and was alone, it hit the right fender, not the driver door area. Both airbags are out. As there are many cars at that time (well known for the busy jurong town hall road esp at peak hours), I highly doubt my father can hit beyond 60KM/H. As there are alot of car at that moment, I was thinking whether are we lucky enough to have a fellow forumer at that scene which may help us to be witness if there ever is a need. My father was sent to NUH immediately by the ambulance. From what I understand, TP will always be in the accident scene to measure the road and stuff like that, once ambulance is activated. However, when I return to the scene, a kind police officer told me that all TPs are engaged so will not come to scene. I kind of believe that as I realised that the radio reported quite a lot more accident at the point of time. As TPs did not come, I might need help from witnesses. My father is fine now [sweatdrop] beside suffering from neck injury due to whiplash from the seat belt and after shock. Hello BRos Does any one know if there is a camera at this junction of Jurong Town Hall Rd and Science Centre. I turned right from Science Centre Rd onto Jurong Town Hall Rd when light turned red. Dont remember seeing a green arrow ( right ) light. Thank you all. I believe there was a url showing where the cameras are in Sg. Thanks yall Jeff
