  2. "In 2007, Raymond Lim said public transport fares have to go up because of the rising oil prices. In 2008, the same Raymond Lim said public transport fares would not go down despite the falling prices of oil because there is no correlation between the two". "Based on figures provided by ComfortDelGro , Singapore 's biggest taxi operator, cabbies are pocketing about $11 more a day, earning about $318." - Mr. Raymond Lim "Only 5% are unemployed. We still have 95% who are employed." - Yeo Cheow Tong "People support CPF cuts because there are no protest outside parliament." - PM Lee "GST hike is to help the poor." - PM Lee AND last but not least, here's what MM Lee said in April 2007:- ........you have to pay the market rate or the man will up stakes and join Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers or Goldman Sachs and you would have an incompetent man and you would lost money by the BILLIONS.....!!!!!! WHAT do you guys think? ANything to add?
  3. Now that is dangerous. Here's another case of a car catching fire while parked. As seen on SG Road Vigilante's page, a Toyota Vios caught fire despite not even being driven. This happened at on 2nd of Dec 2020 at blk 638 of Punggol Drive and thankfully it seemed like no one got hurt by the incident. It is unclear why the Vios lighted up on its own and we hope the taxi that was beside it when it was burning wasn't damaged. Could it be its in car-camera's back up battery? Or was it something else?
  4. Bought a brand new car and want to avoid door dings? Or perhaps you're a car enthusiast and want to keep your car away from potential busybodies? You can now create your own private parking space even though you don't live in a private estate! Check out this dude in the video below and how he does this...We wonder what this guy drives that gives him the right to have his own special private parking lot. Whichever car that is going to be parked in that lot at 406 Fernvale Road MSCP better be a nice car... Check out the comments people on SG Road Vigilante have to say! 104247240_2999667930147081_5514356786496781035_n.mp4
  5. Hyundai Avante & Kia Cerato Forte, both are using the same platform, same engine, and same steering system. If I am not wrong the suspension system is the same too with macpherson struts in front and telescopic with springs at the rear. However, the Avante is using multi-link as a rear axle whereas the Forte is torsion beam. We know that torsion beam are a cheaper way to manufacture cars and wishbone or multilink is better in terms of performance and ride comfort. Can the pros and gurus here shed some light on axle designs, which is better and in what terms are they better? Torsion beam rear axle: Toyota Altis, Vios, Estima Chevrolet Aveo Kia Cerato Forte Mazda 2 Mitsubishi Lancer EX Multi-Link/Independant wishbone: Honda Civic FD, CRV Hyundai Avante Mazda 3, 6 Mitsubishi Lancer CS3

  12. Some bros suggested surfing and doing other things at the same time. Do you actually surf mcf and not do other thing(s) at the same time? If this is the case, those who do surf mcf alone, not multi-tasking, really deserve to be admitted to the Hall Of Fame ?? At least eat an apple, or cut finger nails?

Seems a lot of ppl working nearby park their cars and motorbikes there including me which cars for workers around are allowed to park at Level 3A and above...7am to 7pm.. then when he reached the ground Level then I know whats he up too.. Beware don leave your valuable things openly and motorbikes don leave your cashcard in the IU.. He went checking the bikes one by one... For those working or stay around there...take care... Cheeers all..
